Most recently, I served as Head of Studio at Goon Squad, leading a six-person team, implementing efficient workflows, and delivering projects on time and to high standards.

My career combines strong operational leadership with a creative foundation in design, sound, and development. I’ve worked hands-on in areas from game and media production to branding and event technology, always with a focus on turning ideas into tangible results.

I thrive where structure meets creativity: setting up processes that remove friction, ensuring transparent communication, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work. Whether it’s managing budgets in the six-figure range, building stakeholder relationships, or coaching team members, I bring both strategic oversight and practical execution skills.
